EA started it’s E3 conference today by showing all of us a glimpse of their new Madden 18 story mode called Madden 18 Long-shot as well as discussing more on their competing focus for Madden 18 and FIFA 18.

It seems to Madden 18 is taking a different approach to the single player mode similar to the latest approach to story taken by FIFA 17. The story is still in development but it seems that you will follow your character journey to becoming an NFL Player. You start as a kid and improve your character through your high school and college career before being drafted to the NFL.

During this part, EA also announced a stronger focus on the competitive leagues for FIFA 18 and Madden 18. EA wants to encourage more people to participate and to grow a massive league for everyone around the world. This is still being developed as E3 continues and we will make sure to keep you posted.
