AMD 16.3.2 Drivers Released

The AMD Radeon Crimson drivers have been updated. The 16.3.2 release notes state a number of important changes with these drivers. Support for the Oculus Rift has been added, meaning that right from the day of its release there are drivers ready to make sure that you have the best experience possible. In addition, AMD’s upcoming Pro Duo has been added to the support list with this driver update as well. There have been some updated crossfire profiles for Hitman and Everybody’s Gone to the Rapture. A number of issues have been resolved with Radeon Settings, XCOM2, Counter Strike and more. A list of known issues can be found in the release notes as linked above as well.

Overall this is a very exciting update for all AMD users. Added Oculus Rift support means that VR gaming on PC has become a reality for many that have waited for the release of the Oculus. In addition, support for the Pro Duo means that the upcoming flagship of AMD which is touted to deliver a VR gaming experience with ultimate fidelity is on the way soon! VR gaming is here, make sure you have the drivers designed for it before diving in!

Update: Support for the HTC Vive has been announced.
