After an alleged leak, it seems that the Playstation 4 Gold Edition has now been confirmed. This update comes by way of Twitter user Wario64, who obtained the Target and Best Buy weekly ads for June 11th, which showcase the limited run unannounced console. According to this ad, the console will be priced at $249.99 and will launch the week of June 11th. This is $50 cheaper than the current price of a PS4 and features a 1TB hard drive. It does not appear to come bundled with any games.

According to the ads, there will also be a number of game sales, including Horizon: Zero Dawn, Prey, Mass Effect: Andromeda, Resident Evil VII, For Honor, and MLB: The Show 17 all available for $39.99.

At this point, the gold edition slim PS4 is not officially confirmed and Sony have yet to comment on the rumors. These alleged leaks are looking to be real, which presents a great opportunity to get a cool looking PS4 for those who haven’t jumped in yet.
