The Pokémon arcade fighter, Pokkén Tournament, just received a new trailer, and it’s a doozy. Shown formally at the Pokémon World Championships in Boston, this title will be released for the Nintendo Wii U coming Spring 2016 for North America, after rave reviews from players in Japan. Everything about this title looks incredible, from the animations to the visuals. Designed by the team responsible for Tekken, Pokkén is shaping up to become the next greatest “must have” title for the Nintendo Wii U in 2016.

The title is slated to feature near field communications (NFC) compatibility, and will feature an increasing roster of characters in the Pokemon franchise, with creatures like Blaziken making a heated entrance. Here’s hoping that the game is a smashing success in North America, because I have high hopes for this title’s release. A trailer is below.

The articles on this website are ok I guess, but why the hell would you talk to obvious spambots? Do you want them here or what?

It’s an easy mistake to make, really. Plus, as a new site, we want to promote discussion, even if that may be misdirected at times. I’m glad to hear you’re enjoying the site though, and we’ll definitely keep your feedback in mind! Thank you for stopping by!

You’re not actually serious are you? You want spambots here to promote discussion? With spam?

Having one or two of them slip in here and there would be one thing, but you have full pages of spam replies that you just leave to fester.

        • Right now it’s a bit of a cleanup going on since before those comments got posted I didn’t have the Akismet anti-spam panel introduced, combined with a bit of blind naivete. Definitely being more vigilant in light of recent events that occured. Thanks for keeping up with us and discussing things though. 🙂
