Pete Hines, Bethesda’s VP of PR, replied to a fan’s tweet confirming The Elder Scrolls Legends would not be releasing in 2015.

The Elder Scrolls Legends is a collectible card game scheduled for release on Windows machines and iOS. Developed by Dire Wolf Digital, The Elder Scrolls Legends was announced at E3 2015 as a Hearthstone competitor set in the Elder Scrolls universe.

In a follow-up to the fan, Hines said the delay was for extra polish. Bethesda has been tight lipped about the title reportedly in development since 2013; however, Bethesda has had recent success in mobile markets with Fallout Shelter, so perhaps they’re getting ready for a big, exciting reveal.
