A lot of console players were surprised when, without warning, Transformers: Fall of Cybertron was published last Monday on both the Australian PlayStation Store and the Xbox Games Store.
Transformers: Fall of Cybertron got its console release without any major announcement, at the general price of 50 Australian dollars. The unannounced release in Australia might suggest that an EU release is not far behind.
The quiet debut may not be a surprise to all, as similar activity has recently occurred with other like-minded games. Activision, the publisher behind the game, has lately been porting their games from the last console generation to the current one, such as Marvel Ultimate Alliance last month. The ports have been handled by FunLabs, and some people have reported them being broken at launch.
