The Witcher 3’s Blood and Wine Expansion May Have a Release Date

Players are anticipating Blood and Wine, the newest expansion for The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt, and it looks like the alleged May 30th release date was accidentally revealed on Steam. The listing was put up and taken down over the course of the weekend, but not before Twitter user Wario64 could take a screencap.

It was previously reported that Blood and Wine would be released on June 7th, so the week-earlier release date comes as a surprise. There is no doubt that this expansion will be well worth the wait, as CD Projekt Red has promised 20+ hours of gameplay content. This is about twice as long as the previous expansion, Hearts of Stone.

Blood and Wine will be the final DLC expansion for The Witcher 3, as CD Projekt Red will be preparing for their alleged 2016 release of Cyberpunk 2077.
